i also enjoyed your two poems about the ladybug/ladybugs. very interesting thoughts. are they really about ladybugs or is there another meaning behind them?

riverman, i really like you two posts that you labeled not a poem. these two are very, very good. i find them very thought provoking and i really enjoyed them. thank you for sharing them. Thank you Shan. The "ladybugs" is a true story , Or at least that's how it seems. Upon moving into my old house I saw a ladybug flying around, 4 years later I moved out , and this little faded ladybug slowly flew out the door with me as I walked. At first I thought it was impossible for a ladybug to love that long, then I found out that many experts disagree on their lifespan , I realized it was entirely possible that one bug was the very sme living in my home all along , I think of it as a good luck sign perhaps. And I find things like that interesting.

That is a great story riverman. It is almost as if the little ladybug was either guarding you guys or there for good luck. Maybe she adopted your family and when you moved she didn't want to live there any more either. I had no idea how long ladybugs lived.
