I love the first ones, uptill Oasis, there was something wrong with them, like it was his first art or something. But then, the cities, one made me think of Minas Tirith. Love them! Great finding Shan!

Oooh, cool, Christophe Vacher! I love all of his works you posted, though less Oasis. This guy seems to have a unique talent to depict impressive sceneries.

This guy is good. There was one of his that I did not post that I just didn't like the face in. He has some others that aren't as good as these to me, but I may post some of them anyway.

Gal, there is one in her first post, at the very end. It's surprising, this guy looks so young... Go ahead, post some more, Shan. My favs are Sacred Hour II, The Canyon, Spirit Rising, Norova... (A bunch, in fact; Spring, Stormbreakers, Predator's Gold, The Gate, Untouched Gardens, Legacy, Spring, Mistress of the Winds, The Giants... Plus those you didn't post yet... ;D ) Did you guys notice that he tends to stick to brown, green and blue/gray tones? It seems to me that his greatest pieces are in these tones... Dinasour is cute. I would have a cool menagerie start with him and the kind of gryphon; they have a similar feel of temper, maybe they could get along well.

Yeah, Ky, the link to his site is in the very first post. Good notice Fille. Might have known if anybody would find the link, you would. ;D And since you asked so nicely, I will get some more of his work posted.

Hey, it's about time to reply... I ment to, I did... but it slipped off of my mind. I like those last, for my part. The three first ones more; the sky and the trees are great in Sans-Titre (means "Untitled", BTW), but I don't really like the ground piece and stone "tablet". In those from him there is this one that I like as well: Automne ( detail here). It's not as striking as his landscapes paintings but there's something that draws me to it. I just wish he had not put that white reflection on the "knot" design on the wall...
