NAMED THEM Ephemeral Throne (I don't know what ephemeral is, explain please) Waaaahaaahaaa Mommy! ! Valance Messenger Black Serenity (the person on the picture is called Faeren, and this is kind of a celtic version of him...) These are all pictures by ADELE, not me... And Adele is a proffesional artist, she does NOT want people to USE her images... But just showing them here to all members should be ok right ;D Please Speak your mind about these pictures, and I will answer any questions you have (I have read a lot about Adele's work and I can prolly answer some questions)COMMENT!

Not bad stuff there, Mobbie. The more manga-influenced pics are rather nice. My favorite is the one with the bird and the guy with the black cloak, though.

Cool... didn't know her. I like, especially the first and fourth. And it's nice to discover about your avatar. ;D Did you find about her at Elfwood? Would be nice to know more about her and her works.

Would be nice to know more about her and her works. Ok, so the characters name is 'Jhael', he's a drow, and it's not Adele's character, but Jenny Dolfen's. Adele obviously got to make the picture in some sort of 'picture trade' . She's really into that... Jhael seems to be a character used in role playing games (Baldurs gate and such) by Jenny Dolfen. And Jenny (damn, she's good at art too..) drew a mean picture called 'A drows worst nightmare', featuring Jhael and another drow, trapped in a hole in the ground, in the desert, but the sun still gets in and the water is out. (Drows aren't very fond of sun...)

Cool... didn't know her. I like, especially the first Heh, sorry for this reply being a bit late, I got logged out when I was answering it the last time and it was suuuch a long reply so I couldn't write it back then, now I can ;D - The first picture wasn't my favorite until I read the short description of it. The place that the person is in is a room, a room that show the image of a forest. It looked so comfortable and it looked so nice, so he decided to lay down and rest some. But after all, the place is a trap, and this particular trap doesn't let people go once they´re in it. The vines that has caught both his arms and legs most certainly won't let him go atleast. After reading all of this I thought it was a nice picture, and it really is detailed in a wonderful way. Like I wrote earlier in this thread, I will definitely buy Adeles work (books) one day or another I believe this is a part of the story in one of them.

hey, mobbie, i know i am getting around to this thread late too. adele, some great work. the first thing am going to ask though is "do her paintings have names?" if so would you mind posting them for me, please? i like knowing the names of the paintings if at all possible because sometimes they give a hint as to what the artist was thinking. hmmmm, let me see i love the black and white sketch (the fifth one) and the fourth one. i also like the sixth (think you said it was your favorite and the first and last one. the detail work in the first one is great. more, more, more i want more if you can get some more. ;D

Her paintings does[\i] have names, I could check the names up for you, if you want me to[\i] ;D I have also read what a GREAT process it is for adele to make her pictures... The detailed ones... You know... First she makes the sketch, then she adds shadowing (basic, with pencil) then watercolors (which I personally suck at, so I get impressed by it...) then she uses photoshop AND a program called 'painter' .... That's quite a process ;D

please, please, names of paintings, please. ;D
it sounds like she puts alot of time and hard work into her paintings. the process really impresses me too.
oh, and i love manga pics if they are good ones. does she have any more manga?
and background, do you know anything about her? (like if she studied art and where if she did, how old is she, how long has she been drawing and painting, what country is she from, things like that)
