Another favorite. The background, the girl's dress the hair, the tattoo, the heart, the colors they all add so much to the feel of the picture. Again though the face does not draw me to her. I really feel faces are not Annah's strong point. Cold Heart

And another. These two do not appeal to me as much as her other work does. E.R.R.O.R.

I love the feel of the fire in this one. I'm not crazy about his face though. Firestorms"His anger was most still. Like a breath of the soul That need not exist rpg character (c) Doug Smith"

I guess I must have missed these, somehow. Better late than never, I suppose. Of the ones I haven't yet commented on, I lean to My Immortal, The Promise, and Cold Heart. I think those pieces have the most depth and detail to them, if I'm honest. I do agree, however, that faces are definitely not her strong suit. Memories of Blood is okay, but mainly for the guy's outfit, the sword and the jewel. Nariel + Watchdog would honestly be better if she focused on the watchdog and ditched the girl... the dog looks great. The last three don't speak to me at all. (Sorry, Shan, but they don't. ) All in all, though, there's more good than bad in here.

I like Nariel and the Watch dog a lot, she reminds me of Esmeralda, the Gipsy girl in the legend of Quasimodo.

After watching most of the pics again, I´ve realized that my absolute favorite part in her pictures is the background, the backgrounds are so nice, and smooth. Feels good to watch them.

I kinda have to agree with you mobbie. Her backgrounds are awesome.
They do have a flow to them, don't they? Her backgrounds were one of the things that drew me to her work (besides the giant crow in the first picture ;D )

I really like the gost creature in this one. And once again the face is too blurry for my taste. Your Grey Ghost

This one is very good, but I do not like the expression on the girl's face. When I think of a well of tears, I think of alot of sadness, but she almost seems to have a smirk on her face, no sympathy for the creature at all. The feeling I get from her really ruins the picture for me. Well of Tears

Grey Ghost looks really nice. The face is pretty much standard Hutchings face, but the snowscape and the creature both look really good. I also like the effect with the blood on the snow; the red contrasts nicely.

Love the swans in the background sky of this one. Not really sure how I feel about the rest of the painting. The colors are nice. I do know that. Swan Song

Another awesome background and the colors are great. The person fails to appeal to me though and I think it is the expression that does it. Phantom Whispers
