what was the name of the original OMAC? Buddy Blank. The checkmate soldier who was first activated as an OMAC in Countdown had the name tag 'B. Blank' BTW.

Nah, I know a few thing here and there, but Busiek, Waid and Sanderson know everything. But that was probably the hardest question so far. Silverblade had a 12-issue series in the mid-eighties, and I'm not sure if there is any other appearance since then..
