I'm in full-on replaccing mode now, with a ton of my old videos being replaced by DVDs Too many to list, but I just finished watching the old Michael Yorke version of The Three Musketeers. It's goofy, often silly and the sword fights are rubbish - but it's still the best version I've seen. Great characters and a lot of heart make up for the defects, I think. Either way, I still love it  |

I prefer The Three Musketeers with Kiefer Sutherland, Oliver Platt and Charlie Sheen, Rebecca De Mornay, Tim Curry and Chris O'Donell Hilarious, especially when Porthos does this scene against the Asian enemy on the boat. Anyway, it's amust see I think, but that is only IMHO ;D
Last DVD's I got, the ones I mentioned in the Last seen topic, Derailed, Failure to Launch, Fun with Dick and Jane (haven't seen Dick and Jane yet though), some Martial Arts movie I forgot the title of right now

Picked up V For Vendetta today. Still the best adaptation of an Alan Moore story by a long way. |

I just got the Ghostbuster set as an early birthday present. ^_^ So now I have all the Turtle movies, Ghostbuster... just need the Nerds and Police Academy series. hehe. ^_~
A few weeks ago, my mom gave me the 5th season of Charmed. She's being really nice to me and buying me a copy when she buys one for herself. I'm so lucky!
hmm... also got the Best of Tom Hanks SNL and Ya Ya Sisterhood. My mom loves Ya Ya, so when I saw it for a couple of dollars, I decided to give it a try. Haven't sat down and watched it yet....

LoTR Extended Edition boxed set. Truly amazing the difference a few minutes of added footage here and there can make. I've only watched Fellowship so far, which I felt was the least of the three films. It's at least 100% better. The rest will be watched in due course |

Just picked up Seasons 1, 5 and 6 of The Simpsons, on sale at Target. This gives me the first six seasons, though they just came out with season 8.......and I only have Season 1 of South Park.....and Futurama....and I haven't even started on King of the Hill.......sigh.

Got "Memoires of a Geisha"
If you like a movie with the Asian rising star Ziyi Zhang in, then you must get this one. It's not in the same genre as Hidden Dragon, Crouching Tiger or Hero (no martial arts I mean), but you get a good look in the life of what a Geisha really is.
