Well, AFAIK, McD has more employees than the US Army has soldiers... Which also are spread more globally... Which shows where the real conquests are.

The only true conquest has always been cultural, because it's the only type that lasts. So, yeah.

Oh gross.... Mcdonalds. But on the other hand, heart attacks and health problems are preferable to piles of corpses. ;D

Urgh, junk food... It's disgusting to just imagine the sheer amount of this... slop... that gets consumed every minute! And it's so unhealthy, almost no good food value there!

But it's tasty! ;D I acknowledge all the unhealty facts, but once in a while I will eat my fries (whether they are from McDonalds or not) without even the slightest disgust.

But what I mean is, if you actually sit down and really, really, think about what they have done to the World, all the sickness, obesity, etc. It's enough to make you feel sickened! It's fine to have once in awhile, but if you eat it every day... You get the idea. EDIT: Of course, I wouldn't recommend thinking about that (the sickening stuff) very often, especially if you happen to be eating it at that moment... ;D

Actually in itself that food is less unhealthy than one may think. There's hardly any more supervised supply chain, as the one thing these people cannot afford is a food scandal.
The problem comes with the customers eating too many, too often, and not in any balance* (which would, to some extent, be possible, if one had a salad with the three cheeseburgers and skipped the coke or milk shake...)
* the one alibi salad leaf and the few sesame grains on some burgers won't cut it.
Or, on a even more general notion, one should not consume more calories than one uses - the drive-in most certainly defeats that purpose...

They don't make me fat or sick if I don't eat their food too often. That's my simple rule.

They don't make me fat or sick if I don't eat their food too often. That's my simple rule. An excellent rule to go by, that's the same rule I go by. (although I follow it to the extent where I only eat their food an average of every 9 weeks, most likely more stringent than you) ;D Well Zee, AFAIK the "meat" in the burgers is no longer really meat, but treated soybean extract. Hence it's still "vegetarian." But yeah, that's kinda where the "sickening" part steps in (the map, and the not-so-nutritious facts about that food).

^ Is that the case in the USA? (no meat, but soy)
'Cause I'm 99% sure it is totally meat in Germany and Oz...

It's meat. If you want to apply the term 'meat' to grade F ground up cow flesh dyed brown and artificially flavored to smell smoked and 'meaty', then drenched in oil. It ain't soy, but it ain't all that good.
I've noticed McDonald's now serves "Angus Burgers" which actually seem to have quality beef. Trying to keep up with other fast food places that have decent burgers I guess.
To me, fast food places are a place to get chicken nuggets or a salad if I'm in a big rush. If I want a burger or a sandwich, or a real meal, I'll go somewhere else and get a real one.
