Mother Nature is taking her revenge on us people, the ones who destroyed this beautiful planet. Slowly but surely. Amen to that.

Bah, where's that 'cold weather thread'... Ah, there we go. Well, we just got a cold bonus lately. Yesterday temps hit -21 degrees Celcius (Centigrade). The funny part is that its a dry cold: no storm, no snow (except for some old chalky leftovers). Of course, then you have to factor in windchill, which is not much fun (probably drops it down to almost -30). Today its up a bit, but still at -17ish. Still, I don't wanna have to go outside but I still have to get around since the roads are okay. You're out there for les than a minute until you spaz with shivers and your nose-fun is frozen inside! I know someone who washed their car this morning before going out... yeah, the water froze as nice little icelets all over it. Where are you El Nino winds? Cooome tooo meeeee! Killerzzz

I'm currently worried about the big flod in Indonesia. Even the country's capital is drowning in water. Newspaper articles claim that this flood might've something to do with the massive removing of woods in that area. Mother Nature is taking her revenge on us people, the ones who destroyed this beautiful planet. Slowly but surely. Yes. Newspaper articles are currently concentrating on that here. Cars are spotted as impressive multiplicators of global warmth (through their smoke). An letter to the editor in my local newspaper revealed that ships are even worse, though. I remember a saying, I think it was from our biology teacher back at school, when he told us that he was aslked one day about the oil and the coal we burn - they have once been plants. What people never realized, but this particular person asking him did, was (and still is), that the amount of CO2 embedded in the coal - the body of the plants - gets released after millions of years again. It's as if you're having a pool of water and add some icebergs to it. The same goes for the amount of CO2 in the air added by fossil plants (coal, oil etc. ).
