This weeks episode was the best of the series so far, Resse's brother, the FBI agent sees the Terminator's hand, and the return of Sarah's ex. I loved it.

Having trouble finding the fifth one, annoyingly. Soon though, I hope...

Another good episode while not as good as the others it was nice finding out about Derek and I'm glad that it seems his character is a regular now as it will definetly make it feel like T1. I also like how they're casting doubt in our heads as to Cameron's motives what with taking the Terminator's CPU and not destroying it.
Also Resse killing his "friend" hardcore man. That was hardcore.

Solid, but rather grim. Loved the twist at the end, and I'm definitely intrigued to know what Cameron is up to...

Another good episode not as good as the last few but it has major ties to T2 which was awesome and it added a lot more depth to Sarah's escape from the mental instituition from T2.

I really liked The Demon Hand. A quiet episode, but some excellent character development. No doubting at all that Cameron is a Terminator...

I love how Derek is bringing so much conflict into the series. I mean we aren't supposed to trust Cameron anyhow but I really wonder what Cameron did to Derek to make him hate her so. Probably has to do with she's a terminator and they killed a bunch of people but stil.
Also I loved the idea of Dr. Silverman becoming a religious fanatic and then being locked up in the same mental instituition as Sarah and if there is any irony in the same room as Sarah also. I miss the guy who played him in T1-3 though.

Yeah, I loved that with Dr Silverman, I must admit. It makes so much sense after the shocks he got in T2.
I have to say I don't trust Derek at all. Cameron is a 'REALLY scary robot' sure, but she'll only do what she's ordered to do. Maybe...
Derek on the other hand seems kinda unstable.

To tell the truth Derek seems more like a robot at times than Cameron which is a great contrast. The robot becoming human and the human becoming the robot. I can't wait to see where this takes the series with Derek's character a regular and all.

Same here, SPS. I really get the impression Cameron wants to know what it's like to be a human, and Derek definitely has issues about robot superiority ("THEY don't need to rest!").

The first episode was average but the season finale (though not over yet for me) is awesome for the personalness of the episode. I loved how John "met" his father and how Derek revealed he knew that John was his nephew. Best moment of this abbreviated season. I will give an overall look at the season in a few minutes.

and now for the last few minutes, good and I loved the twist at the end and Cameron possibly being deceased (though not really) was good.

Hey there... does anyone know any good websites that I can actually watch the Sarah Conner Chronicles on as I am far too impatient to watch them week by week!

Loved the SWAT team being mown to pieces by the Terminator. Kinda stylish the way they did it. Really liking Agent Ellison, too.
And the ending with Cameron... yeah, that was pretty awesome.
Just wondering where they'll pick up the story for S2 now that the writer strike is over...

I watched several here.Unclear on a few things: 1. Why did that Latina go to the Connor home, how did she know where it was, how did she know where the bad guys were? 2. Why did Cameron say to her "do I have to kill you too?" 3. Why did Cameron hand her a gun?

Good questions, Cleg. My answers would be:
1. Why did that Latina go to the Connor home, how did she know where it was, how did she know where the bad guys were?
Plot convenience, pure and simple, I think. This really does need better explaining.
2. Why did Cameron say to her "do I have to kill you too?"
It's a threat - a sort of 'shut up or die'.
3. Why did Cameron hand her a gun?
It's a way of telling her that Cameron cannot be stopped by anything so mundane as a firearm. It's another implied threat - a "Betray us and nothing will help you" type action. It shows absolute contempt for her, too - or it would if Cameron was human...

There was a moment after she took the gun that I thought she was being asked to shoot herself . But in response to your response, I would point out that I am not certain that she saw Cameron in action, and would understand the gesture from the point of view you suggest. You could be right though.
