Guess our scare was unfounded: Terminator gets picked up for a full seasonThe one odd thing in the article is Fox saying that they feel Terminator is "a creatively strong show" Guess they learned their lesson from Firefly. And yes I think Terminator would make a perfect pairing with Bones.

Excellent news! Thanks, SPS Would be pretty awful to lose that. It's one of the very shows right now that's actually good.

Starts Thursday 30th Oct here in the UK on "Virgin 1" (not sure about that LOL)....Unfortuntley it clashes with Bones, so thank god for the invention of +1 channels.

Anybody who has been watching the series since the beggining like I have would be absolutely blown away by last nights episode. A lot of stuff happens, and there's the death of a major character in one of the absolutely coolest deaths I've seen. I was literally cheering when this character died. The different "stories" didn't gel into enough of a cohesive whole for me, but lets just put it this way the second half just blew me away. This is a show thats in danger of being cancelled? With episodes like this it amazes me.
Also in other news Terminator will be paired with Dollhouse on Friday nights starting in February. I really hope that neither get cancelled, and now that Dollhouse wont be competing with Heroes for my time I will more than likely check it out even though the concept doesn't impress me.

Yeah, this is truly awesome television. They really think about what the cast are doing - and what it might mean for the future! Love this.

Who else cracked up when Cameron turned Ellison over like he was a stranded tortoise? ;D

Oh my! Yet more twists and turns... Riley, the three dots... and IS Cameron bad for John? Hmmm...

Omygosh. I don't watch the show, but I saw a commercial last week. And I had flashbacks of James Bond: The World is Not Enough!! They got Shirley Manson to be a Terminator?! That is awesome/hilarious! I'd bet money they were inspired by her robot role at the start of the 007 movie. I mean, she looks just like she did in the intro song. Which is good; certainly a fitting look. Anyhow, thought I'd rant about that. Couldn't believe it when I saw it. ;D Killerzzz

Finally we have a good episode again. The show was starting to lose its focus, but yesterday was back on track.

I'm nearly caught up, at last. Just the two Today Is The Day eps to go. It does catch 'mid season blues' a bit at points, I have to say, but the action is starting to hot up again now, which is good. Poor Riley...

Today Is The Day ruled. Both eps. Really good look at John and Derek and some great character moments. I'm not actually sure if Derek pulled the trigger or not, though, odd as it may sound...

Same. I really didn't see any of that coming at all! John was just awesome. What a great character-defining moment for Derek, too. I really felt for the poor guy, faced with that!

Last night's episode:
OMG! They killed off Derek! The rest of the episode was pretty good also.

Wow! Definitely didn't see any of THAT coming! Derek dead, Sarah arrested... And a lot more evidence for our 'John Henry is not Skynet' theory!
Is Catherine Weaver hinting there's a THIRD AI out there, with her thoughts on Cain & Abel?!?
Shame about Derek. Good character. And so sudden! Definitely not the way you'd expect a hero to go out.
I guess John & Cameron will rescue Sarah next, but the trick is how...

I like how they are stripping John's support away. Methinks Cameron will be the next to go.
Also I loved the ending, creepy and sombre, yet strangely touching. The guy who plays Cromartie/John Henry has a wonderful voice.

He does. So innocent, yet you know what he is... And what he may yet prove to be...
I don't think John will lose Cameron. I think what happens next will bind him more tightly to her. She's now the only person left he can rely on... Even though SHE's not sure how reliable she now is...
Be interesting to see what he does now he's so firmly put on the spot, though. The beginnings of 'future John' in this, surely...
