Woooooooooooooooo!!! Be careful what you wish for my ass!!
No one play the Heat tougher than we do, we beat them 3-1 this season, and we really probably should have won last year. I can't wait to do it again! I hate those bastards!

Can you tell me how and why the Spurs lost to Denver?

Because all of SA's best players played like complete crap, and they let Iverson and Anthony combine for 61 points. I mean Duncan was 7-17, Parker 8-20, Ginoblli was 4-15. It was just terrible.

The Warrior's dominance of the Mavs continues. They have won tonight 97-85. This makes six games in a row they've taken from Dallas and 7 of the last 8. It's not out of the question we could see only the third 8 seed upset the 1 seed in NBA history in this game. GS really looked a lot better than Dallas. They did a great job defending Dirk, who let's be honest, if he isn't scoring, he isn't having much of an impact on the game.

GSW vs. Denver in the finals

if it were a 5 game series, i would have picked the warriors to win, but in a 7 gamer i think the mavs will be able to make all the adjustments they need to and still come away with the series. maybe in 6 games.
The Suns/Lakers game was a good game to watch. probably the best of the 4 games yesterday. Barbosa stole the show. he was making lay-ups 3 seconds into the shot lock after the lakers made a bucket! thats crazy

Well Dallas is going to have to show something they haven't shown in almost two years to take down Golden State. The Warriors are a legit threat to beat them.

Heh, no way is Dallas going to lose in the first round of the playoffs, they're the best team in the NBA still. I guess you have changed your mind, Venom.

Additional thoughts on SAS vs. Nuggets. If SAS played badly, and AI and Anthony were hot, and SAS only lost by a few points--that bodes well for the Spurs.

I wonder what all the critics will have to say now that we whooped the Heat's ass. I'm sure they'll still hate on us, but that's ok. =)

Go Spurs! I heard the game on the radio; it sounded like they dominated Denver the whole game.

3-0!!!!
I guess the Heat should have been careful what THEY wished for! This series has come down to the same four basic things every game, and we've won them all.
Free throws, Miami can't make on to save their life. Rebounding, overall we're still out rebounding the much bigger heat. Defense, Miami hasn't played any, and every time we've needed to slam the door our defense doesn't give up anything. And the fourth thing, to expand on what I just said, the Heat can't stop our game plan. We've done the same things all three games. Lots of cutting, screens, and moving the ball from one side of the court to another, the Heat have no answers, and they look very slow.
We aren't the baby Bulls anymore, guys like Hinrich, Gordon, Deng, and Noiconi have learned a lot from the playoff defeats of the last two years. This should put everyone on notice that we are for real.

What do you think of their chances against Detroit in the 2nd round?
Interesting that the sweeps are both in the Eastern conference.

Well technically no one has swept anyone yet. And Detroit doesn't scare me at all. We went 3-1 against them and the loss was by 2 points. Bring 'em on.
Also, Golden State destroyed Dallas! I can't believe it! Dallas is in for the fight of their life!

That's why I predicted it would take Dallas 7 games to beat GS. But I will be delighted if they lose in the 1st round.
ok--potential sweeps.

It would certainly shake up the West if GS is able to give Dallas the knock out punch!
